the pool area was beautiful and a great size. i liked that the pool wasn't too deep. the breakfast was good with a nice selection and variety. the rooms and the hotel in general were very clean and the room was a really good size. the balcony was also lovely.

I found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had a modern design. I appreciated that the location had beautiful gardens and a lovely swimming pool. The layout of the hotel was well planned.
The car noise from the road was slightly annoying. I also found the front desk manager a little stern.

the free shuttle bus to aroeira beach restaurant was very convenient. this restaurant was also excellent and the parasols on the beach were free. the hotel sent dog beds, treats, and dog goodies to me and my dogs. the general manager were really nice too ensure we were comfortable.
the noise from passing cars on the road was slightly annoying at times.

The hotel offer a free beach shuttle. The driver had very happy vibe. I enjoyed the included yoga class. My room felt really clean. The shower was very nice. It provided much space. Breakfast had fresh and delicious options.
A slight annoyance was the noise from road cars. It was a little intrusive at times. The front desk manager seemed inflexible. It seemed I was not very accomodating or understanding.

The hotel features a big and beautiful swimming pool. There are also free parasols at the beach restaurant. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Aroeira beach restaurant, and the golf area is excellent, I am told.

The location seems close to Lisbon. The hotel is in a pine forest with gigantic pine cones. The setting is beautiful and serene. I liked the calmness of the surrounding forest.

The rooms were quite clean. That was a plus.
the reception staff seemed rather rude. also, the shower temperature was difficult to control, and i even burned myself once. some of the pool loungers were broken, disappointing.

The rooms feature a modern, clean design. I found the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms have good closets for storage and are modern. There is a beautiful white cat named Cali, who spends time at the hotel.
I noticed the water supply wasn't always working perfectly.

The hotel is situated near a golf course and close TO THE beach. Costa da Caparica is accessible by car. Several golf courses are within an hour's drive.

The staff provides excellent customer service from arrival to departure. The front desk manager is professional, friendly, and service oriented. I experienced that every member of the staff provided excellent service.

The hotel offers bike rentals and a shuttle to the beach. I enjoyed the pool and sun deck. Breakfast offers quality food, but there was only one type of yogurt. A gym is also available .
